How Does The Appointment Work?

Here’s how a video appointment works:

• 1.
  We will send you an email, confirming the date and time of your appointment.
• 2.
  Shortly before your appointment, you will receive an email containing a web link, inviting you to join the online meeting.
• 3.
  Remember, before your meeting starts, check your video and audio are working properly.
• 4.
  Please have the ID you previously emailed to hand. You will need to hold the originals up to the camera.
