How Do I Arrange an Appointment?

Our video appointments work in a similar way to a more traditional visit to one of our offices. Here’s how to arrange one –

  Complete our short contact form (here)
• 2.
  We will then email you the following:

  • An initial information form
  • Terms of Business for an initial video appointment
  • An identification schedule

• 3.
  You will then need to email us the following PDFs:

  • The completed initial information form
  • The signed Terms of Business
  • Your identification documents

• 4.
  Then we will contact you to arrange an appointment and take payment of £50 for the initial video meeting

  The cost of the initial meeting is £50 (inc. VAT), which also covers the cost of your identification check. This fee applies whether or not we proceed. However, provided that it’s appropriate for us to act for you and you enter into a further term of business, this will be deducted from your final bill.

  Following the meeting, provided that it is appropriate for us to act for you, we will send our full Terms of Business along with further details of the process
