Legal Receptionist & Administrator
We have an exciting opportunity for a professional Receptionist and Administrator at our Bingham office. You will be the critical first point of contact for clients, visitors and colleagues who visit daily.
The hours are 10 am – 4 pm, Monday to Friday.

The Role
You will serve as the first point of contact for clients and staff, providing exceptional customer service. Your responsibilities will include:
- Handling incoming telephone calls and greeting visitors professionally and warmly
- Accurately recording client information and directing enquiries appropriately
- Maintaining a tidy and presentable reception area at all times
- Managing record-keeping and archiving tasks
- Utilising our legal case management system
- Performing general administrative duties, including managing incoming and outgoing mail, booking meeting rooms, and maintaining office supplies
This role is demanding and requires the ability to work effectively under pressure. Previous experience in a fast-paced business dealing with high volumes of client inquiries daily is essential.
Qualifications & Skills
- Proven experience in a reception role.
- Excellent telephone manner and interpersonal skills.
- Professional, friendly, and proactive “can-do” attitude.
- Strong IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
