The Role
We are looking for an experienced litigation solicitor to join our friendly and busy firm. The ideal candidate will have over 4 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) in general civil litigation and contentious probate matters. This role presents an exciting opportunity to manage a lighter caseload, assist with compliance, and contribute to the ongoing success of our growing practice. Our offices in Bulwell and Bingham are easily accessible, providing a welcoming working environment.Responsibilities
- Manage a diverse caseload of civil litigation matters, including contract disputes, property litigation, and debt recovery.
- Manage a caseload of contentious probate matters, including will disputes and inheritance claims.
- Assist with compliance tasks, including GDPR, anti-money laundering, and SRA regulations.
- Work with the firm’s case management system
- Collaborate closely with other members of the firm to ensure high-quality service delivery.

- Develop a personal training business plan and contribute to the team’s development alongside the Partner in charge.

The Role
